GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1:ORDERS
Orders:
Acceptance of an order: by validating your order, you confirm that you have read and accepted without reservation the general conditions of sale. After placing your order, a confirmation will be sent to the email address indicated during payment, including the details of the order and its price.
2:RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Right of withdrawal and return of products:
In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, for any distance selling transaction, the buyer has a period of fourteen days from the delivery of his order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund, without penalty except for return costs. Prior to any return, the buyer must indicate his intention via the contact form available on the site and the buyer must wait for an agreement by e-mail before making it. The return will be made by registered mail.
The items must be returned in perfect condition for resale, they must not have been damaged in any way. Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, taken back or exchanged.
The refund to the buyer will be made within 30 days from receipt of the goods by Marque Page d'Art, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
3:PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Products:
The products offered by Marquepagedart.com each have a product sheet where the essential characteristics are mentioned, as well as a visual and a description. The photographs are intended to be as faithful as possible to the products but Marque Page d'Art cannot guarantee a perfect similarity of the products. Our figurines are handcrafted with care and passion. Due to this process, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in size, color and minor imperfections. We thank you for your understanding and hope that you will appreciate these small differences that make each figurine unique. The products for sale are presented on the site, and this within the limit of available stocks.
Prices:
Being a self-employed entrepreneur, VAT is not applicable (art 293-B of the CGI). The prices indicated on the site are therefore all taxes included and excluding shipping costs. The prices of the products sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated including all taxes. Shipping costs vary depending on the amount of the order and its destination, the total price will be notified on the order in the basket when confirming the purchase. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when registering the order.
4: DELIVERIES
Deliveries:
Delivery is made to the place indicated by the buyer on the order form, so please check your delivery information so that your order is sent to the desired address. Marque Page d'Art is not responsible for an error in entering the address on the part of the buyer and will not be able to return the goods. The delivery time indicated when registering the order is given for information purposes only and is in no way guaranteed. Any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products will not give rise to the buyer's claim for damages or cancellation of the order. The risk of transport is borne in full by the buyer. Shipping costs are calculated according to the option chosen and according to the country where you wish to be delivered. You must select the delivery area to have the price of the shipping costs which are automatically added to your order.
Shipments are made by La Poste (French or Swiss):

Europe and Switzerland: €6.95 for an order of a single item,
Free in Europe and Switzerland from €40 ordered.
- COLISSIMO:
France: €4.99 for an order of a single item,
Europe and Switzerland: €14.25 for an order of a single item,
Free in Europe and Switzerland from €90 ordered.
Following the shipment of your order, you will receive a code allowing you to directly access the tracking of your package on:

For international shipments (outside Europe and Switzerland): Please select your country. The shipping price of €20 will be confirmed in the basket. Free from €150.
5:PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Protection of personal data:
The information and personal data concerning the buyer are necessary for processing orders and commercial relations. In compliance with the Data Protection Act and in application of Article 27 of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, Marque Page d'Art undertakes not to disseminate this information to a third party or any commercial organisation under any circumstances. The buyer may access information concerning him/her at any time and make any changes he/she deems necessary by sending an email to marquepagedart@gmail.com, specifying this in the subject of his/her request.
6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Intellectual property:
All elements, brands, designs, logos, graphics, models appearing on the site www.marquepagedart.com are the exclusive property of Marque Page d'Art. Reproduction or use of all or part of these elements is only authorized for the exclusive purposes of information for personal and private use, thus, any reproduction and use of copies made for other purposes is prohibited.
